A: I received my Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine Degree in 1999 from the National University of Health Science in Chicago which included a minimum of 4,200 hours of classroom, laboratory and clinical experience. 

A: Adjustments and manipulations of joints may result in the release of gas bubbles between the joints, which makes a popping sound (like when you “crack” your knuckles). There is usually no discomfort involved.

A: It's a manual procedure utilizing highly refined skills developed during my intensive years of chiropractic education and 20 years of clinical experience. I use my hands or an instrument to manipulate your joints to resolve inflammation and reduce pain and stress from the nervous system.
